School children deal with a lot of stress. They go through academic pressure. They deal with teachers’, friends’ and parents’ expectations. They experience direct or indirect bullying, verbal, visual or physical violence. Changing schools and countries multiple times can also add to children’s stress.

Our unique Take a Break school programme teaches stress-reduction techniques to children through a combination of kinaesthetic, visual and interactive relaxation and meditation practices. Bring stress-reduction techniques, better focus, more inclusiveness and mindfulness right into your classroom!
